About me

I didn't build Steadfast around extremes. I built it around experience.

I discovered the gift of strength training after living a life where I didn’t have a voice or sense of agency in my body. Weights became a way to reclaim my power.

Nine years of training has been one of the most grounding forces in my life. It's taught me resilience, discipline, self-trust, and confidence. However, the most valuable lesson I've learned is that strength isn't about how hard you can push. It's also about knowing when to listen.

My experience as a competitive athlete gave me firsthand understanding of what it means to push the body to its limits. I've experienced the dedication, structure, and sacrifice required to pursue a high standard of physical performance.

But that experience also reshaped my understanding of progress. More isn't always better.

Discipline without awareness can become counterproductive. True strength isn't measured solely by what the body can endure, but by how well we learn to understand and care for it.

Over time, my relationship with fitness has evolved. Training became something I worked with, rather than something I constantly chased. It became an anchor in my life—a source of stability, confidence, and personal growth rather than another source of pressure.

Driven by passion

I wanted to create a coaching experience that reflected everything I've learned: one that values hard work without glorifying exhaustion, encourages ambition without sacrificing well-being, and recognizes that progress looks different through every season of life.

Today, my purpose extends beyond helping people become physically stronger. I want to help them develop trust in themselves, confidence in their capabilities, and a healthier, more sustainable relationship with movement.

Because the goal isn't simply to build a stronger body.

It's to build a strength you can carry into every part of your life.
